Bio:
Kaycee Chang is the supervisor of the Renewable Fuels Research and Development team at the California Energy Commission. The Renewable Fuelsteam supports projects advancing emerging low-carbon fuels, with emphasis on clean hydrogen and biomass-to-energy systems; gas systemdecarbonization; and fi rm, dispatchable renewable generation. Kaycee is spearheading the development and execution of a clean hydrogen program, in addition to related research initiatives and grant funding opportunities. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of California,Merced and an M.S. in Engineering Management from California State University, Northridge
